The request was pretty open, so I decided to have Amanda (OhMagiku Original Characters) do a live video blog!
If I wanted to go with a bit more authenticity, I would have made the image small then deliberately blow it up a few times its size!
But... I did not.

well done man. Lots of tricky things worked out pretty well on this one.
that was a clever idea to shrink then stretch the image, but this is still a drawing, and you spent a lot of time making look awesome, so what i think is you go and do is add some photoshop filters. Particularly the ones that make a webcam video look the way it does rather than destruct your work.
Filter> Noise, and for a literal video effect Filter>Sketch>Halftone Pattern, on a different layer blended over the top to give those faint horizontal lines you see on video recordings.
Fantastic drawing though, i love your attention to detail.
