I haven't checked the JP version, but the Divas definitely appear in the localised EBA. They only appear when playing on the highest difficulty level - Hard-Rock!

The Agents are replaced entirely. So the Divas are now the main characters in that difficulty.

Well finally. I don't think I've ever seen fetish stuff of the Elite Beat Divas, although I think Chaz may have doodled a little something, unless I'm mistaken. Either way, it's cool to see you do a picture of them. Pity I can't see the feet of my favorite of the girls but oh well! Doesn't affect the quality.
