Curious and very, very friendly, Mia welcomes anyone who happens to come upon her island. In the past, it used to be shipwrecked sailors and travellers (Mia's Island also happens to be a hotspot for shipwrecks), but something peculiar drew new visitors to her island lately! (*hint*lookdown*hint*)

Mia has lived on this uncharted island her entire life, slowly learning how to live off the land, so by today she knows how the animals and plants behave on the island, and how to use them. In fact, she made her own clothes, tools and built her treehouse from the parts of shipwrecks landing there. Early on in her life, she noticed various boats and ships crash near her island, and eventually discovered her favourite hobby - reading. She was completely mesmerised by the books which tell of the world outside the island she calls home, and made sure to save any reading material that comes ashore. She became quite the bookworm, and as a result, she became increasingly curious, looking closer into everything on her island. Soon enough, after learning all that there is, Mia began to wonder about the outside world, and decided to build a boat to travel to the nearest landmass. Eventually, word came about of this giantess living on an unknown island, and new visitors (thankfully friendly so far) come to Mia every now and then.

Through living in a tough environment, her body is sturdy and has plenty of stamina - to the point where her skin can barely be scratched by prolonged exposure to abrasive surfaces (Her feet for example, can handle walking on the jungle floor, often littered with fallen pointed branches). Her treehouse is as massive and solid as she is, sitting atop one of the tallest trees of the island, so she can overlook most of the jungle and the sandy shore, where most visitors end up. It has only a few rooms and amenities, as Mia tends to venture outside for certain things, such as tending to her boat, or taking a bath at her favourite waterfall, surrounded by very pretty (and very poisonous) flowers. Modesty is something Mia knows, yet the waterfall allows her to be much more free, bathing and drying off in the nude.

Mia is quite innocent, extremely friendly, and trusting of anyone she meets. Since she's lived by herself on the island all her life, she's always happy to meet new people. And naturally, her extensive curiosity extends to them, filled to the brim with questions about who they are and how they live. There are certain things she ponders as well, such as the nature of 'beauty', looking at idealised pictures of 'beautiful' people, all the while oblivious to her own. Although she is very kind, Mia is also reluctant to show her true strength, only using it to fend off the many unusual (and dangerous) animals living on her island. Killing them is her last option, something Mia hopes to never resort to.

Some things don't quite add up about Mia, though... if she was so certain she was born here, how does she know how to speak? Let alone have a name, or even know how to make things like her clothes or tools. Mia says that the name, and a those bits of knowledge was all she could remember...

Chalk it up to my amazon (And dark skin, and huge feet) fetish for Mia's existence! I wanted to remake her original clothes, make them look more... well, hand-made. It looks like it may fall apart, though! Heh, it really reminds me of the older-older version of Mia (See 'A Bit of History - Mia' for what I'm talking about!) Only those things (and the type of her eyes) have mainly been changed. Oh, and she's a little taller than before (an even 10 feet compared to the original 8'7''. Quite a growth spurt!!)
