Griffon flattened his ears and bristled a bit, rolling over onto his belly and having himself up into an unsteady stand. Growled, but looked away Toché " Why do you even care about me and what happens in my future! " he blurted- blood still trickling down his face " What do you want from the empires! " he yowled at the cheetah, his faith starting to crumble

The other cat had gotten to his feet, the blood on his face making him look furious in Luke's eyes. The golden cheetah listened to the hybrids griping, nearly rolling his eyes. Does he think I want to be out here, patrolling? He snarled, beginning to get annoyed. His neck and arm were really starting to bother him. "I could care less what happens to you. Capturing cats is part of my job! The empires endanger the city. You disgusting felines are like savages, killing cubs, taking them captive!"

Griffon flattened his ears as the cheetah spoke, spitting every word out almost. He gulped, blankly looking down slightly " Killing cubs?!... I- You've got it all wrong! " He yowled- Voice in dismay " If what you say is true- Then what's capturing us, whichll probably lead to our death anyhow... I- How's that any better?? " he snapped, ears at an intimidating prick.

Wrong? No, Luke heard cats talk about the war, he wasn't in it but had heard countless stories. The raid on the tribune garden was more recent, and Luke had joined the hunters just months later. "Ok, so maybe your empire wasn't the one to take the cubs." Lead to their death? "Every cat dies eventually. Don't act like we are the villains, because you empires are definatly not innocent!" He spat, the fur on his back bristling.

Griffon growled " Our empire trains cubs when they're ready- and together we work to survive! You're the one trying to capture me! " he yowled and lowered his head and ears, eyes at a narrow as his tail lashed. He was ready to strike if the Cheetah came any closer

"I don't need your life story," Luke snapped. Who cares about cub training? "Do you mean that the cubs that you empires took put themselves into the paws of those cats? Did they walk themselves into cages?" Luke snarled, taking a couple paw steps forward, his blue eyes blazing. The cheetah was well aware the hybrid was prepared to attack and because Luke knew the other cat was too large for him to capture, he was able to focus completely on the fight.

Griffon drew back and lip and snarled, swiping at the cheetah,- before launching himself at the Bounty cat- his fur bristled and stained with blood. Kicking at the tom, he growled and bounced off him. Shaking off at the clumsy leap and barreling away up the slope, his muscles burned and stung with sweat and blood. He'd only hoped to get away in time...

Luke's shoulder burned as the hybrid bounced off of him, knocking the cheetah of his paws. He quickly got up to see the striped feline hurl as fast as he could up the slope. Luke sprinted after him, not exactly trying to catch him; more trying to chase him away. His whole body ached and Luke wondered if any of the wounds her received would scar. Luke's owner would sure be surprised when he got home later.

Ran as far as he could muster, claws digging into the soil as he rushed himself up the slope, looking back with a panic and overall bolting with all the strength he had left which wasn't much... but just enough.
