“Ice Empire is nearly 200 cats strong, and so I feel it’s time we expand our territory. We’ll begin moving the border west of Glacio’s Peak down to the river out in Rogue territory. Start in the middle then split up to follow the river both north and south, north along the edge of the Roaring Plains and south until the water connects to Crystal Lake. Thoroughly mark our new border as you go, and keep an eye out for any signs of resistance.”
