Description
A late night in forge wasn't uncommon for the lion mutt now a days.

With all that had unraveled in the past months, and the family she held so dearly teetering on the edge, sometimes work was all she could fall back on without feeling the weight of her troubles.

So deep in her craft, she hardly caught wind of the small feline that sat at her heels, staring up with wide eyes as she poured what seemed like the most golden of honey into her mold to cast. Metal so hot, you wouldn't believe it was gonna cool down into a striking silver chest plate as it glowed deep oranges and reds.

"Whoa..."

The small voice caught the blacksmith of guard truth be told, thankfully done with her pour as the small apprentice exclaimed in a quiet, breathy exhale.

"Ignacio, sweetheart -- It's a little late, did you need something?"

Iggy simply smiled, nodding "Will I learn how to do that one day?"

Maryanne paused, before letting a soft smile light her features.

"Here, let me tell you a story."
