He flicked his tail round and showed his flag off, proudly before leaning alittle closer to her, inspecting her scarf "Oh~ What a pretty scarf you have~" he commented, pulling himself upright again. He smiled warmly at her.

A little surprised, but nevertheless pleased, with the ease with which the newcomer seemed to introduce himself, Anwen gave a fangy smile in response to Dimitri's introduction and let her eyes fall to the pikachu's tail. "Oooh, Belarus, eh? Well, me bach, that's a gorgeous flag you've got there! Look at you, all exotic! Well, you are to me, anyway!" Letting her gaze return back to looking up at the taller 'chu, Anwen's smile became more exited, "Oh, you like it? Well thanky' very much! Got to say your hat's pretty lovely itself!"

He chuckled lightly "ah thankyou~ How kind! I must say your flag's sweet too! I mean wow! That's a dragon isnt it? now that's what I call awesome!" he grinned at the enthusiastic chu infront of him while she thanked him, he blinked excitedly when she returned the compliment, he took his hat off and gave a small bow "thankyou" before placing it back on his head "'s a pretty old hat 's been with me ahwile, yep~! "And who are you, if you don't mind me returning the question?" he cocked his head to the side slightly, with a soft smile spread on his face.

He couldnt help but flash his arrogance just a bit as he flicked his long tail forward to present his own tri-colored flag marked brightly on the thunderbolt tip.
"But yes, stay on your toes! This place will sure to make a day out of you, the others ten' to be a drag..!" Complaining again as it seemed, the Raichu couldnt help but feel a bit overwhelmed with so much company. He was a firm believer of small talk and one or two for company.
