Again, without a really universal holiday associated with the month, I just went with a more generic theme for August's illustration.Taking advantage of August's rather agreeable weather, a couple of boys have been frequently visiting the local pool for the short remainder of summer. Although they've obviously been spending far more time at the snack bar than in the water as evident by the sheer amount of weight they've both put on.
This hasn't gone unnoticed by either of them, as they seem to enjoy playfully teasing each other about how big they've gotten.Also, is it just me...or are the boys in these illustrations gradually getting bigger with each month?
