The style is interesting and creative which adds a sense of originality to the piece. The background, which you haven't drawn yourself, seems to be a strange place for Kyle to be in as the colors of the background are more saturated than the character. The light source is inconsistent and appears to be coming from the side rather than from behind him. You should try to draw a little circle/sun as a lighting source reference. You should also add shadows because without them Kyle appears to be floating. The anatomy is consistent and fitting for the art style and Kyle's pose is a clear representation of the original meme. His yellow eyes stare at the viewer in a morbid way and the duller colors make him look scary and a saturated background seems unfitting. I suggest using the multiply/overlay method to change the background's color (although not all art programs offer the option of doing so) or making your character's color palette brighter.
