I'm confused, no, you inquired as to the actress and Jemima being different. Well, I'll try to explain.

Cats has been around for over twenty years, so a lot of women have played Jemima in the course of the show's existance. The actress who played her in the video I have is Veerle Castyleen, as the person we saw at the Pikes Peak Cente playing Jemima (though called Sillabub in America) was Jacquelin Stedmen (though I'm sure I spelled her name wrong, haha). Evertime I draw Jemima, it's usually Veerle Castyleen, since most pictures of the character are available as her, therefor most of my drawing sources are derived from her features.
