What did you use to make your doll head have piercings? Such a beautiful doll, well done

I used a dremmel with a tiny, tiny drillbit. I got it in a set of small drillbits from Wal Mart, and used the smallest or second smallest ones in the set, depending upon the head. Usually I use the second-smallest one, so that the piercings aren't too tight when you put an earring in.
