I think I'm considering this as more of a WIP at this point. I feel like it still needs work [the Eebs need more visible antennae for one thing], but I've been dying to upload something

I never thought about the parallels to firefly before but now that you mention it I guess it makes sense that I love Space Trawler and Firefly. I commend you on the fan art. It is quite awesome.

Zap! was the first space-related comic I got into, followed by the unfortunately canceled Banished [written by the guy who does Acursed Dragon].
I haven't heard of Crimson Dark or Indavo...but now I clearly have no choice but to google them :3

well, the comic has a lot of whimsical technology...so I imagine it's comprised of very...tightly woven...carbon nano fibers...polished...to a high sheen...
