The reason why Pazcal always wears her bandana is because she is secretly a half human, half siren! Her tail and fin disappear when she goes above water but the gold fins in her hairline never disappear. She's learned to hide her true identity due to the fact that when she was forced to be a performer, her siren abilities were abused and used to steal from her audience. (Never by her own volition tho).
