Description
Photo taken in August, 2012 @ Zoo Dierenrijk, The NetherlandsEDITED
Cropped the photo somewhat; it was rather askew so tried to right it.
Missy the Arctic Fox turned out to become a really good pal. Didn't like anyone much in the beginning, but she's really classy. A real lady, well nearly.

Latin name: Vulpes Lagopus
Originates from the Northern Hemisphere.
Current status: Least Concern
Did you know:
…Arctic Foxes shed their white fur in Summertime, for a shorter, grey or brown fur coat.

Thanks
It's really amazing to see their facial structure beneath all the fur - they look incredibly different!

She's very cute, and her "expression" seems to be saying "I'm ready for my close-up." Very nice job.
