This actually took about eight hours to do. Not that I set a time limit, but I'm surprised that I had the patience to let it take that long.
I traced the outline from a screencap of the episode, since I'm just working on my digi-painting skills at the moment, and used the screencap as a direct reference all the way through.
I noticed an appalling lack of Doctor/Rose fanart on the internet while hunting for some for a project recently, and I hope to rectify this a little over my summer holidays.
