actually, did you know that often times clocks with roman numerals use IIII instead of IV?

yeah, i don't really like it either. personally i prefer a watch with roman numerals as opposed to arabic, but my current wristwatch has the number 12 on top and just single dashes for each of the eleven remaining hours and i find that i like the simplicity of this style a lot.

Roman numerals definitely look stylish on clocks and stuff, but the Arabic numbers have their place too

i have skinny wrists as well, but the watch i bought had removable links and so they were able to slim it down to fit.
