/Deltora Quest II spoilers ahead/"So," he murmured. "Marilen and Ranesh." He glanced at Jasmine.
He had sometimes had fears about Jasmine's feelings for Ranesh.
But Jasmine's smile as she met his eyes was very real.
A great peace descended on Lief's heart.
Another Deltora Quest "if they were wolves" scenarios. At the end of Deltora Quest II / Deltora Shadowlands, there was a scene where Lief was unsure if Jasmine returned his feelings and feared that she had feelings for another character, Ranesh.
Jasmine was also unsure if Lief returned her feelings, as she had thought the Toran girl, Marilen, that Lief had brought to Del was his bride to be, when in fact she is a distant relative of Lief who could take over the throne if he were to die.
This quick comic takes place after Lief reveals the reason why Marilen is in the palace, and she goes off to explain herself to Ranesh especially, as they both share feelings for each other.
I obviously didn't draw any other characters except Lief and Jasmine, that would have taken up too much time xD
Plus it's one of my favourite LiefxJasmine scenes in all the books. :'D

I'm not sure if you perhaps only ever watched the show?
If so, only the first 8 books are covered in the show. The books continue into a second series, titled 'Deltora Shadowlands' which consists of 3 books.
Then there's a 3rd series titled 'Dragons of Deltora' which has 4 books.

In my personal opinion, the books are much better than the show!

It has all 3 books from the second series in one. And you'll save heaps on that website.
Not sure if they have combined the third series or not, but the individual books are pretty cheap on Amazon anyway.

Well, than I'll try. And I think that making animal versions is cooler than making the real characters. Maybe because we can use more our creativity and change a few things on them.
