Guess so, haha. They all have different face markings, though. And Sora has Kye's tail and hindquarter marking (you know... except in her colours, haha).

Haha! I'm sure, based off of the minimal amount I know of the story. Why is it that authors always make their characters suffer, whether the action is intended or subconscious? Because it makes for a good story, maybe?

I like to make my characters earn a happy ending. It's just a more satisfying story in the end? Like they deserve it? I dunno, it's how I like my stories. xD
If the main character did next to nothing and just lived happily, the story would be boring. That's my opinion.

Yeah, that's a good way to put it. I just find myself putting my characters through a lot, and when I take a step back and look at it, I can't help but feel a bit bad. XD But you're right: a book without trials for the character would be very boring. Drama, tension, and injury all the way! (As long as they grow from it in the end.)

I think I've had to feel the worst for Elliot. I mean, his family betrays him and the whole world goes against him as well. And when he finally thinks he has something worth fighting for... Argh, I can't say because of spoilers. xD
Ah yes, the "growth through experience" storyline. That's my favourite way to plan my stories out. I think just about all of them have that. xD

I understand. It's pretty similar for Soryn. His whole family was taken away from him, he was thust into a positon he had no training for, he nearly lost his mind, and now he has someone he truly cares about, but she might have to leave him for reasons I don't want to say because of spoilers. XD
It's the best way to run things! Perfect for a strong and steady plot line.
