HERE'S A TIP: To colour/change one layer only without affecting any other layer, "lock" that layer (click the checkered square at the top of the "layers" box in Photoshop). Also, the PSD file can be opened in Paint Tool Sai, and I believe Gimp as well.

RULES:
Do not re-upload the unused base.
Can be used for adoptables (although I don't know how you'd manage it with this base, haha).
Do not remove my watermark! It can be moved around, but it must stay on there.
The one download can be used as many times as you want for personal use.
