You can offer anything for one of the ponies. Money, points, art, adopts, etc. Or a mix Put your offer in my comment thing. Other offers will be ignored Do not claim this drawing as your own. Do not resell for any amount greater than what you had paid. If you get a pony for art or adopt trade you cannot resell the pony for money or points but you can trade them away. 
You can change their designs if you want to
