This is my original character. She loves youEdit: Her name is Bellatrix, as chosen by my watchers.
Edit: Okay, time to actually add a bio. To put it plainly, this character is a rich tsundere. Before you start rolling your eyes at this cliche archetype, let me explain her deal. She was raised to be part of an arranged marriage. However, she actually has genuine feelings for the guy she is set to marry. She uses the fact that they have an arranged marriage as a crutch to not have to express her true feelings and make herself vulnerable emotionally. She was raised not only to be prim and proper, but to also be business savvy as reflected in her business-like attire. As her groom-to-be is in a comatose state, she helps run the family business which happens to be operating themed resorts/casinos. Her family has a vast fortune stemming back to the times of settling the west of the United States. Some might say you could trace their fortune even further back to Europe. Now to explain her appearance. She has an almost nonexistent, Voldemort-style nose, pale skin, and big bug-eyes. This OC isn't just for fun. I have a story in mind for them that I want to create one day. So, from a story perspective, she is more of a supporting character than a main character. I just happened to lock down a look for her that I liked before any of the actual "main characters." This picture was originally uploaded on 2-12-2016

One critique I might offer is to keep your descriptions short. Maybe you could explain her in little comics, or make a reference sheet with a quick bio, something. "Show don't tell" is very effective

I'd say work on a small little description that you can put in the folder for this story and then just jump into the comic

Since you're giving out advice, would you indulge me by answering one more question? I was thinking of starting a comic not related to this character; something simpler to help me find my bearings. I was going to start by uploading something akin to a reference sheet introducing the cast, but do you think it would be a better idea to just dive straight into the comic?

Well I think reference sheets are a good idea, both to help you in drawing the characters and to sort of advertise your comic.
If you want to make a practice comic just to get the feeling of it, or even a one-shot starring some of the characters, that sounds good,too.

Hey, tsundere about an arranged marriage, I actually think that's quite clever. Puts a spin on the whole cliche of arranged marriages, and she has a genuine reason to be tsundere about it. Could be an interesting character study.

I've had this OC floating around in my sketches for some time, but now that I have actually uploaded an image I'm apprehensive about her original name. Her name was "Daedis," though it doesn't really make much sense. If anyone has any suggestions for a better name, I'd really appreciate it!
