Offering:As Nyx approaches the Hallow Witch she bows low. "Miss Witch, I've heard a lot about you, and I wonder if you'll be the one to finally help me out." Nyx then stands up proud, looking straight at the Hallow Witch and puffing out her chest, belting out: "I offer you my future! I am tired of watching everything fun happening without me, of the grown ups telling me I have to wait until I'm older to go on adventures and see the world. I want to have fun NOW! Why should I wait till I'm old and wrinkly? Who cares what will be in 10 years? Please just let me live a life worth living now. I don't care about what happens after."

The overwhelming presenceΒ of the Hallow Witch fills your elnin's senses for what feels like hours as the entity's unsettling gaze bores into them, searching, considering. "Your future, you say?" her voice is sibilant.. echoing menacingly. Finally the witch begins to reach out, her delicate fingers grasping what looks to be a clear prism of some sort. As her hand nears your elnin a loud crack shatters the night silence, her alabaster skin fracturing to reveal a deep obsidian beneath. For just the briefest of moments all of the world narrows into a single blinding point of agony in your elnin's chest.
The witch draws back, a crooked smile spreading beneath her hat as she considers her cupped palm. In it she holds a tiny glowing light, softly beating. "Not quite, not quite. Our bargain is incomplete," she whispers, and your elnin can't tell if she's disappointed or amused. "But perhaps I'll take care of this little bit for you, eh?" She laughs, and in a blink, her form is obscured by shifting miasma and she is gone.
Your elnin's exchange with the Hallow Witch was... maybe just a bit harrowing. The influence of miasma in the area has corrupted the intended trade, leaving your elnin with an as of yet unseen form of mana-poisoning. It would appear the witch departed mid-transaction, leaving your elnin's anima heart exposed within a void of miasma corruption.
