Here is my new creation Still in progress.here is a screen shot from 3d coat and rendering from Carrara 6.
I did the base mesh in Hexagon and all the rest in 3dcoat.
The cotton on the arm is from a photo, am going to try make the cotton with hair in Carrara o maybe XSI
