Yeah I know. South Korea was originally meant to be a girl, but way later finalized as a boy. So then a couple of fans still use the female version but take it as North Korea instead. That is from what I understand...

Lawl I've seen a few but I feel her design is too bubbly to be North Korea, 'sides if you read the notes about proto-Korea (aka female!Korea/nyotalia!Korea) she's a aspiring idol who wants to perform in America. That's why I see her as South Korea.

There are super old notes about North Korea too although he doesn't have a design yet. He's supposedly to be a musician guy based on a North Korean guy he knows but he hasn't heard from him for quite a while.
