Extract the folders from the RAR, go to your choosed color folder & right click on install file. Then go to control panel, mouse options, pointers & choose the falcon in the scheme option, apply & enjoy.

Works on my end, I've been using them for ages now, the only issue i had with them is when i've tried to edit them with my cursor editor, I had to change the filename from chinese to english to edit them.

Man, original set doesn't have installer file, so you can only personalize the windows default cursor with the original Falcon cursor images. Do you understand now!? End of discussion for me. Happy holidays.
