At the moment I am posting this "Static Fuzz: Evolution" isn't done nor posted yet by .I drew this shorty after I drew after I drew the Eevee evolutions concepts for 's short, "Static Fuzz 2". So much talk about his real squeal then, I just got into a drawing mood and I want to draw the rest.
The background was on a whim. I never intended a beach theme but it's 1:00 AM and I just though, "... ok, why not?" It seems to work for a quick background. I'll admit this one is one of my favorite pictures along with my Umbreon version... which I still need to color.

Well... I'll let one's imagination run wild on that notion. It could be someone kick sand at her, or took her beach towel... who knows.
Anywho, one of my favorite things about art is expressions though visuals to create a desire mood. I feel I do create a rather strong atmosphere as well as portraying the desire feelings and moods rather well.
