i like the colour pallette: but it's the inclusion of his, albeit 'photoshop layers wizardry', shadow, that elevate it.

HIS GOT LIGHT ARROWS!

But Im sure ther a different kind of light arrow from what Im thinking.
Although seein it in full view where its bigger I can see that it might actually be lightning/electricity.
But it could really be anything, ull have to tell since ur the only one who would know.

Im just going to guess that this character is some how related to the story/world of ur other character I commented on. could be wrong though

but keep it up. Im really enjoying these character designs of urs.
