Quite old, but interesting enough.. the image show a non-canon LCARS design. It is my own interpretation of how a large touch-screen terminal may be operated. The pieces probably would span two angled/curved surfaces, where the lower one provides for a keyboard while the upper one functions as viewscreen.Related content

You have some good ideas here. As a fellow LCARS designer, might I suggest you consider holding to one thing from the classic LCARS design though? That being the division of screen space to roughly thirds. If you check out some TNG screenshots, you will start to notice that Okuda would break up a screen into thirds.
