this is from a shoot i did this past summer (2011). it was an experiment in levitation i did with my cousin as the model. I know there is a lot to improve upon, but hey, thats why we experiment.Related content

Wow this is a cool concept and very well executed, I would have liked to see her feet less rigid, a slightly more relaxed body shape, she looks rather stiff, possibly both hands in the grass for a more dramatic effect. Her hair looks wonderful.

I think it's okay for a first attempt. I would have liked to see her other foot because she looks like an amputee, and I don't care for the dark shadow underneath her back. I think it needs to be lightened up to seem more realistic. Of course, the shape of the dress has a lot to do with it as well, and I would have loved to see you pull off something where the entire thing is hanging (like that closest to her feet). I assume you photographed her on a table of sorts, but the dress areas could be improved - I just don't particularly care for the straight line down the back, and then how it flares out.
