If the camera lets you, try to use a fast shutter speed like 1/1000

Thank you. That's my girl. The sable coloring is actually the dominant color in the German Shepherd dog. She and my boy dog had a little run in with a hornets nest yesterday. She got several stings, I got rid of the nest, and she is fine today.

I pulled a tick off of her early today and took a bunch of pictures of it similar to this one [link] that I did some years ago. Disgusting critters.
