I love it to pieces! The sweet idea of a birthing coach twisted to helping the alien baby on it's way to bursting from its unwilling host... Of course, the art is incredible as always, the little details are enticing (pants unbuttoned, legs open wide with her breathing heavy as though she hasn't caught on to what the thrusting means, the sweat and expressions radiating the strain and agony of her terrible labor, even the little notes of the thudding sound. That's not even going into how perfect the sounds you have her making are...), And the theme is deliciously dark.

A good concept. Had to mention the woman's hair in the last panel, it just looks odd that you can barely see any of her hair from the front, making her look bald.
