Description
An image from my studio series. These images are based on opposing objects that contrast each-other but when put together relate well. Another aspect of my studio work is I'm trying for a clean crisp look.Images made with a D70, and two flashes. Minimal adjustments have been made in photoshop.

I've just started looking through your gallery and I'm already impressed. I like how the m&m's look stretched in the glass handle part, and how the m&ms are so colorful and the glass is like the abscense of colors. Very cool +fav

Thanks, The D70, I really haven't found anything cons... I have had mine for almost a year and it's working out great better then i could hope. If you get two of the Nikon speed-lights (the sb600 &sb800) you have a really easy and portable light kit. I have used that set-up to shot a lot of studio work and even some portraits. The kit lens that comes with it is great gives you a nice range (18-70). Depending on the type of work you want to do and if your not interested in do some wireless flash work you might want to look at the Nikon D50. It's cheeper and a little smaller and lighter but it does come with a weak lens (18-55) But you could replace it with nikons 18-200. When you get it you are so going to love it. No regrets

Great pic, you definately achieved your aim of contrast. What did you use as a base for this shot? Was is a light box thingy or just white card?
