It had been an hour since Ruby was pulled under the puddle. She had been knocked out and slowly began to wake up.
"Ugh...what happened..? Wha- Ah!!" Ruby yelled as she opened her eyes and saw the situation. She was under the black puddle, and goo from the sides were holding her in place. Ruby struggled and pulled.
"No!!" She yelled unable to move at all.
"Quiet down, you're being so loud!" A familiar voice said.
"Weiss!!" Ruby looked over at her partner, she too was stuck in place.
"Hey Ruby..." Another voice said quietly.
"Blake!" Ruby looked the other way and saw Blake in a very similar situation.
"Don't...worry...I'll get us out." A final voice muttered.
"Yang!!" Ruby yelled watching Yang struggle to get free.
"I keep telling you, we can't get out of this!" Weiss yelled at Yang. "We tried everything! It's all that stupid tentacles fault." She continued. As Weiss was talking Ruby noticed the tentacle, it was holding tightly onto Yang's boot.
"Wait so...how do we get out?!" Ruby asked Weiss.
"I don't know." Weiss replied.
The team sat quietly...for a long while.
