Love the style. This is going to be funny but I those look like two milk bottles on top? It would definitely work in a cartoon to have him powered up by milk

Grumble is the perfect name for this! Whenever I draw a character or whatever, I always wait until I am done or very close to done until I name them. Because then I feel I can sort of divine the name/title from the pic

How do you make that thing with the red and cyan colors? its like you moved the cyan to the left and the red to the right

It's called visual aberration. The way you do it in photoshop is to flatten the whole image, clicking the channels tab and choose each channel individually and moving them 1 pixel vertically and 1 pixel horizontally.
Generally I'd stay away from this and only use it when it's supposed to look like someone used a shitty camera. After all, this is something that photographers rather avoid.
