Angela's hair began culring tighter and tighter until her head was a pile of shimering ringlets. The density of the curls brought her long hair nearly up to her shoulders. It swung gently as she tried to take in all of the changes. Her poofy clothing's sleeves shortened and collar widened, looking more like a sailor dress. The hem burst outward, revealing layers of petticoats and bloomers as it swirled. She put a dainty hand to her mouth and squeaked a high-pitched gasp. Her eyelashes, which had also gained a considerable amount of curl, batted with delight.

Once she felt the changes stop, Angela took one small, tentative step. Her bright, shiny shoe clicked loudly on the floor. She took another, followed by another tap. Beaming with joy, Angela clacked rhythmically up the stairs, ready to bring a little sunshine to Underborough.
