This episode is brought to you byAngela kept aging until it looked like she was in her early 30's. And I didn't get a chance to have any fun, she thought. (A few moments ago, Angela was at the age where she thought 30-somethings don't have fun.) But those thoughts soon gave way to feelings of responsibility. At the rate things had been going, she was going to look more like her mom's younger sister than her teenage daughter in a minute or two. I'm a full-grown woman now. I can't just hang around at home...
"But what'll I do?" she said aloud.
(1.) Angela becomes a lawyer | teacher | librarian
(2.) Angela decides she can help around the house.
(3.) Angela takes too long to decide.

I don't like the idea of a TF creating life out of nothing. Β It's a line I'm unwilling to cross, even if it's just a cartoon drawing of completely outlandish circumstances. Β Turning older or growing a tail or whatever impacts only the subject of the TF. Even if these were developed stories instead of just little one-offs, I could always write an equally silly way for Angela to get back to the status quo. Β Saddle her with a kid, and suddenly it's an after-school special gone wrong. Β Or worse, I pull a B^U.

I don't really want to turn Angela into any pre-existing characters, whether they're mine or not. I wouldn't object to a more 'modern' mom, I suppose, but not an out-and-out clone of Rosemary.

Nah, the witch option is one step back from this one. The maturity path is the more mundane side of the age progression.

I like your enthusiasm, but remember: the choices aren't made by voting (only $$$, sorry), and there has to be a somewhat logical step involved, implied by the picture and the text. Responsible 30-something > goth loli doesn't quite fit in those guidelines. There's a goth loli opening in the chain somewhere, but it's not on this particular path.

I had a feeling that comment was coming soon (and probably from you). It wasn't really intended, as I've never really watched the show. Angela actually dresses something like that in one of the comics, albeit in her default 13-year-old body. I was modeling the style after my own personal waifu, Tina Fey. Just something sensible but not business-y.

Since I like to dress my characters differently already, I've been having a lot of fun figuring out what Angela should wear as she transforms. (This one actually went through multiple revisions before I scanned and colored this one.) And since it's separate pics and not a full sequence, I'm not as bound to keeping the change in clothing as gradual. Still, I like to think I keep the wardrobe similar enough that it's not too jarring.

That definitely does sound fun and like something to enjoy for the changes. I usually just keep my characters in the same design unless people think it's bland.
And I see, that does sound like it allows for freedom of creativity.
I definitely see that too, it's familiar enough to resemble what it was before, but still looks different and shows the change. So it's perfect.
