Angela could only watch as her entire body drifted off the visible light spectrum. Her clothes were unaffected. Trying to look at her own hand only gave Angela an unobstructed view of the inside of her sleeve. She had to do something, but she decided that more magic wasn't the answer, at least not for now. She had been keeping her place in the magic book with her finger, and following the small text and unfamiliar words with her naked eye would only lead to more miscalculations.

Angela headed home to prepare for her next day at school, hoping that an animated outfit strolling through Underborough Square wouldn't cause too much commotion.
