Very nice design! A little tank like this, with a decent amount of automation could be crewed by only two, I'd imagine. A gunner/commander and a driver is all you really need, if the main gun is auto-loading.

Hmm, I think one gunner would be fine, there could be a computer that could track multiple targets on the ground and air, and alert the gunner of who's the biggest threat.
