Well folks, i took my time today mainly because i needed a brake to relax from my exams. I pretty happy with it since its my first pic with use of a stock. The main picture i used (water and background mountains) is from and the boat is taken from a stockphoto made by the rest is mine
yay. I hope you like it guys. This pic is mainly a dedication to my friend who got me into DA and helped me for my exam coming up the 18'th, tnx bro.
Time: 15 hours, and that includes the planets and the starfield wich i made earlier this week.

yeah, i've seen aksu's work, he totally rocks. I know the lightning is "very" misplaced, but i dont mainly make my pics the most realistic i can, because in fact, realistic pics usually are boring lol. But you are definately right, if it was in reality there has to be some lightsource in the middle between the planets lol. Tnx for the precise comment vag4, as usual i allways look forward hearing what you have to say about my pics

not bad at all, the blending is quite nice, and the top left planet is very nicely detailed. Transition to space isn't bad either, however i personally wouldn't have gone so far with the purple tint, maybe consider desaturating a lil. But good job overall dude

tnx for the good comment alyn. I wasn't really sure if i wanted a kind of a misty transition, gradient or nothing at all lol, so i sticked to the misty transition. Your right, it would look a little better if i desaturated the upper part a bit, i'll keep that in mind for the next time bro, tnx a ton

Oh! And the detail is great too! The only thing I might recomend is try adding some different color to your planets but who am I to say, your the expert not me anyway, not all plantets are blue and I think it would add some pazaz to the picture. But for right now the planets do fit the color scheme. Once again great job and I look forward to your future works.

well, i have been working on the continent planet, but its hard as hell, texture planets are much easier, but your right, more colors coming up in my next one
