Description
The Spec-Tac heavy is hell on two feet, able to take a heavy punishment and deal punishment they are a force not to be reckoned with. Strangely all of 3rd generation Spec-Tac heavys are the most violent. This one wears Fortress heavy armor and uses a M8-LMG.Related content

Dude, these armor's make put my Morrowind Mk.II to shame....although this seems to be 50 years later from 2010
