I like this drawing.
I guess the only suggestion to make it more humanish would be to giver her some hips.

Actually I really like this,
your old style is still pretty cool and I don't think you should leave it completely.
But I find it's a really good idea to be able to do several styles as well. Such as "realistic" etc.

They're intentionally like that. I was melding 2 forms, practical figure and cartoon figure.

the facial expression looks new.

I work on getting more of an organic curve into those arms. They're pretty stiff, and they don't look like they have alot of weight on them. It's a bit of a game to play where you try and get a balance of cartoon-yness and some real life gravitational pull on limbs.

I like it. It has somewhat of a John K/Ralph Steadman feel to it: realistic, but also you have a sense of whimsy.

The thing that stands out to me, are the little lines next to her eyes. I'm assuming they're eyelashes? Right now they kinda look like little eye wrinkles, maybe connect them to her eye-line.
And her boobs look a little too... weird.
Other than those little nit-picks, it's nice.

Well. Fingers seem a little long, maybe make the palms same length as the fingers, vice versa. Other wise your style is consistent, which i think is good.

the only thing that really stands out to me is her left hand. The fingers look like they go a little too far into the palm, making it look almost like a flipper or something... Other than that, this is totally rad

I like it a lot, you should try more poses like this.
The shoulders are a little too narrow, they make the pose look a little stiff. The right arm is also a little too angular, and thinner than the other arm.
