ThanX! I created the character first, and my wife saw a feeling of Le Petit Prince! I followed that idea and am now thinking of the Snake, the Baobab tree etc! I designed and made the scenery and stage set for a musical based on Le Petit Prince! My wife wrote it and it was performed by our students! It was a great success and was the best stage set I ever created! I must find the few photos taken at the time! Cheers!

oh so you did a great work !! both of you !! and you transmitted it to me !! How lovely you create together, so stimulating Le Petit Prince is a book I always have with me !!! my mother was half english (Southampton) and transmitted me the love for books, and when I was very small I lived all the nursery rhymes and the best english stories.... I think that English culture has the love, attention and understanding towards old "stories" as no other culture. It is not only the "story" in itself but the ILARIOUS sense of humour that kills any possibility of negative thoughts !!! SO ALL IS ALWAYS GREAT !! Without forgetting all the pictures of those books, absolutely out of this world. And modern illustrators are excellent as well. Thirty years ago I fell in love with "The little worm" of Janet and Allan Ahlberg, OH MY !!!!!! adorable !! it was a tiny little book, but the worm was such a creature that since that day I am very carefull when I walk in the mud !!
Sorry for all my blablΓ , you opened a tap !!!
All my love to both of you, GOOD WORK !!

ThanX! I REALLY value your thoughts and insights (As always)! The set started with the desert with the Baobab tree in the centre. Characters made their entrances through the trunk of the tree! In the second half, the set opened up to show the City, where the Snake had transformed into a mettalic looking Subway/train! The audiences applauded the set! One of the few times I have experienced that for my work! Cheers!

ThanX! We don't have a video! Believe it or not this was BEFORE Video cameras were generally available! It was about 1977, I think! We only have a few blurry photos, if I can find them! I have found the Programme, which I also designed and paintings of the Costumes, which one of our students designed! Cheers!

beautiful.....
water colours ?? my how clever you are ! I love all the efects
There is a bit of the Saint Exupery poetry, I like it. The loneliness of human creature in front of beauty, as Le petit Prince

It WAS! It has already happened! It took place years ago and was a great success! When I mentioned the "Little Prince" connection to my daughter who is studying Art at the Royal Academy of Art in London, she wanted to make a film inspired by it! Cheers!
