Description
This is inspired by Utagawa Hiroshige's "Hara, asa no Fuji" (Mount Fuji Early in the Morning" From "The Fifty~three Stations of the Tokaido).It is a graphite sketch which I hope to colour in PhotoShop CS2.

I saw another design in blue, and I think I like more of that tone. But I wonder what color the original. I may be wrong, but I think this color is not very common in Japanese art.

The original is in Blues and Greys with splashes of Red! I like to give my own feel to the piece as well as retaining the feel of the original inspiration! You might see some of my other Japanese inspired Works! ThanXXX for commenting! I really appreciate it! Keep on Creating! Cheers!

I think I prefer your ink sketches to the photoshop colours. This is very well done, I love the style, it reminded me a lot of a wood block carving, made into ink reproduction.

ThanXXX SOOO much, Kim, for your interest! I really appreciate it! I'm glad I am drawing again! I have had a preliminary MRI Scan which my Neuro~ surgeon says shows " A gratifying reduction in the size of the tumour" and that he will recommend that no surgery is necessary! What a relief! Cheers!
