Description

Β This is the latest stage of adding colour to my Β A4 Sketch of this Sassanid Cataphract Horseman. They were Sarmatians, Armenians and Parthians. The Greeks called them "cataphractii! (covered over) because of their heavy armour. This piece is inspired by the Work of Dr Zvonimir Grbasic and Velimir Vuksic.

Nice job, actually he looks kinda more like a Kontarius rather than Kataphraktoi, considering his very long lance and the fact that he doesn't carry a shield!
