I really do think he looks quite nice here.
You managed to make his beard look realistic enough while still being subtle, I always go overboard when I try drawing beards. The hands look well placed too, they really help his expression stand out.

Thanks, it's really weird to think that he played Professor X in the X~Men films and that Patrick Stewart played Magneto! Cheers!

I'm still in utter awe of the beauty of the backgrounds you were able to make! wow! The composition is nicely placed, and though I'm not 100% sure I know the reference re: Godot, I like how you've captured the moment in his expression and body language all the same *hugs*

Thank you for your kind comments! The three works I have done based on "Waiting for Godot! were inspired by seeing the Samuel Becket play "Waiting for Godot"! The Stars were Sir Ian Mc Kellen, Patrick Stewart and Simon Callow! It was brilliant! I painted two portraits on oval canvasses and a group piece on Daler board, all in acrylics. I sent prints to the cast and they replied individually, saying I had captured someththing special, had created a piece of history and that they wouuld treasure these evocative images. I was really pleased, as you might imagine! Cheers!
