“Nina...please wake up. Nina? Nina...can you hear me?”

Nina’s closed eyes fluttered a bit before opening upon hearing the soothing female voice containing a slight foreign accent. After several attempts at reviving Nina going awry, the slender woman positively reacted to Nina’s groaning and movement while she regained consciousness.

“Good...you were starting to scare me a bit. Your auxiliary life support systems seemed to have held up with no major setbacks. I guess we just needed to give your brainwaves a jump start!”

I've been sitting on this series for about a YEAR now. I had the idea to start a (new) story arc...which was actually meant to feature an alternate reality/futuristic version of Adora-1. I also had the thought of Adora-1 being a title that could be passed along from generation to generation as well. Instead of of Nikki Simone/Vetter/whatever her last name is these days...I had none other than who's now known as Nina Blaise aka "Hotspur" as the one that would take up the mantle of Adora-1. This story arc is basically her transformation from Hotspur into Adora-1...you may remember some of these renders which was the inspiration that led to this series. I also "borrowed" my old story idea that I used years ago featuring Adora-1 where she was nearly assimilated into one of Sataria's cyborg drones

this is actually after Nina's been rescued mid-assimilation after being ambushed and defeated trying to save her home space colony from Sataria's drones. Being that too much of her body had been replaced with cybernetics, her transformation would be completed and she would be given an extremely powerful cyborg body to defend the universe from Sataria's evil "prime objective" of forcefully assimilating everything and reigning as the Cyborg Queen.

Everything came to a screeching halt b/c of my laptop and updating to a newer version of Daz (4.12), which threw a major monkeywrench into my entire workflow. While I had a bunch of renders done for the opening "scenes," I couldn't post the next part of the story and the wheels kinda came off. Plus, I couldn't really make up my mind what to do with the story as well; I attempted to write some for the parts that I did have, but nothing ever really stuck. I wasn't sure to just post what I had just for the sake of getting it out, or hanging on to it with the hopes of coming back to it when I got a new computer. Well...I've got my new computer, however I would be more inclined to start over and try to recreate something without all of the graininess; these actually came out decently despite the grainy stuff. But still...I'd like to get my momentum back, plus I would probably use some different models and things here and there.

Well...I've decided to set these free. As of right now, these aren't canon...maybe I'll try this again soon. Or...maybe I'll keep Hotspur the way she is and give this idea to someone else. Either way, hope you enjoy!!!
