I don't like this one bit....this has to be some kind of trap. Everything is going too smoothly right now...sure my radar cloaking implant is on which is allowing some measure of stealth along with my internal temperature regulator has lowered my body heat patterns as not to set off any heat sensitive alarms and such as I sneak through this strange base, but still...it's all too easy. I almost forget that I'm the frikkin' 60 Million Dollar Woman with all of my cybernetics and this symbiote that can do some pretty amazing stuff. Sometimes I think that I should've just stuck with what I know in the way of fighting in the Triple F or lighting the scoreboards up in Blitzball, having tons of screaming fans run up to you for your autograph, get paid millions just to be in some corny commercial for a power drink or power bar or something that has the word power in it, but no Nikki...you just have to save the world!

Somehow, I happened to be the lucky recipient of my current task...lately there has been a series of kidnappings of young women here in Angel Falls; some disappearing from orphanages and group homes, some being abducted late nights after work, some taken from their homes in the middle of the night, some broken out of jail, a few that were taken in broad daylight, and even some that were already dead taken from the morgue! The reason why I'm here is b/c Gemma Killdare, the daughter of City Adjutant General Killdare, was one of those women recently abducted while she was home visiting on leave from the military. It's believed that her abduction is related to the others....as there hasn't been any kind of random for her safe return plus there are no signs of this being the work of a serial rapist/killer. It's my job to find Gemma, bring her home...if she's still alive...and get to the bottom of who's abducting these women and stop it.

Upon further research and pulling up info on the women that were taken, many of them had some sort of combat skills and quite a few of them were supers...they were minor leaguers, but still supers nonetheless. Well, Gemma's military training would explain why they want her. So far, whoever was in charge of the abductions were pros and knew what they were doing...they would get their target, get in, and get out without much of a trace at all. All I really had to go off of for a lead was surveillance footage from when they made the breakouts at the jail and took the bodies from the morgue. The video from the jail break was rather fuzzy, plus they quickly took the camera out, but thanks to my bionic eye I was able to clean up the image a little and catch a glimpse of 3 female figures before the video feed blacked out...I was only able to get a clear visual at just one of them; she was Caucasian, appeared to be in her very early twenties, physically fit, her eyes had no pupils, and was adorned in a form fitting bodysuit that covered her up completely to her ears and the base of her skull. And oddly enough, it appears as if her head was shaven bald as well as what I could see from the other two.

I got a good enough look of her face to freeze her image in my databanks until I was able to get to the dossier of all of the women that had gone missing in the past few months. I also took a look at the footage from the morgue that was raided...same deal, but I got a much clearer look of another group of female that resembled the other one that I saw in the jailbreak footage with the same type of full bodysuit, no pupils in their eyes, and bald heads; it was four of them this time...two were Caucasian...one of them was even more muscular than the rest as if she were a bodybuilder or something and the other one looked really young, one Black, and the other one was Asian. I actually recognized one of them from a local news report...the black one is, or was Officer Brenda Cooper of the AFPD, who was actually gunned down and killed in the line of duty in a shootout with the deranged and psychopathic criminal Poison some weeks ago. I was able to watch them in action a little bit before they discovered the surveillance camera and destroyed it. They moved almost robotically and very military-like...very precise and used no wasted movements as if they were being controlled or something, almost zombie-like. Actually, Officer Cooper's left hand looked like a cybernetic appendage, as it appeared as if a cannon of some sort had been deployed from a panel that covered the rest of her arm. I also saved the image of those four within my databanks for later use.

Thank God that my brain is part computer, or I'd have been there at the police mainframe computer for days trying to see if I could find a match for the mysterious bald body-snatchers. It took my brain about 4 minutes to scan through thousands of files as I looked for a match on the one woman from the jailbreak, and just as I suspected the face of the bald young woman did indeed match that of a woman by the name of Joanna Foster that was reported missing a few months ago. I then looked up Officer Cooper's info, and surely enough she was classified as deceased complete with her morgue photo...but it also said that her body was stolen in transition from the hospital morgue on the way to the funeral home. I ran searches on the identities of the other women and it was very similar....the Asian woman is very proficient in Kung Fu and went missing one night after giving her self-defense class...one of the other Caucasians in the group of four was only 18 years old and mysteriously disappeared from her orphanage, reports say that it didn't appear as if she ran away....and the other muscular Caucasian female was a competitive bodybuilder that just seemed to vanish inexplicably just a week and a half ago. Now that I think about it, Lin did say that one of her friends from her bodybuilding circle did just mysteriously disappear without a trace around that same time...bingo.

So, from all of the intel that I gathered from piecing together the identities of these mysterious female soldiers, and I'm guessing cybernetic with Cooper's arm and with the way that they looked and acted, it seems as if whoever is behind this whole thing is abducting these women and assimilating them into their sorority of bald cyborg chick soldiers. Only thing is I didn't know exactly how to find them or their lair, so I took the direct approach and called them out via the airwaves saying that I would get to the bottom of this and bring Gemma Killdare home. It didn't take long at all, as a group of 5 of the mysterious women confronted me as I was patrolling along the rooftops of downtown....like they were waiting for me or something! They tried to take me with force and their weapons...some had guns, some of them had superpowers, some had weapons built into their limbs similarly to Officer Cooper's arm in that video that I saw. I was able to easily hold them at bay and take them out. I got my first up close view of them and ran a complete scan of them with my bionic eye...I was right about them being cyborgs, however they all had varying degrees of cybernetic augmentation. Some of them only had a few cybernetic parts and implants and some of them were completely mechanical from their heads down. The last one that I took down took a little longer to recover from my attack, and as I went to grab her to apprehend her, I was caught in her field as she teleported back to her base, taking me with her.

So here I am in the heart of their base, yet when I appeared here, that particular soldier wasn't anywhere to be found. I've been sneaking around in here for a few minutes now, and I've avoided being detected thus far....but like I said, something's not right. It's almost as if someone wanted me to be here. I continue to make my way through the compound, dodging sentries that are also the same bald cyborgs that I've been tracking and fighting. I also notice that I haven't seen one male at all since I've been here. I sneak through some control rooms, where there are other women that are wired and hooked into the giant computer console themselves....some of their bodies were completely comprised of machinery and wires and such, yet they were processing information as a living extension to the computer.

I continued to move through the lair until I arrived in the room where I'm at now...if I didn't have a cyber food processing unit in the place of my stomach, I think I'd yak all over the floor right now. This must be the lab where they take the abductees and turn them into one of those bald cyborg women. My audio receptor implants pick up every single moan and cry from those women that are still conscious through their transformation...I can also hear the sound of flesh being ripped and torn by the harsh tools and that is a very uneasy feeling to hear that sound amplified and echoing through your head! This giant room is filled with stasis tubes filled with women...and in some cases just random body parts of what's left of the women; legs, arms, heads, and such. This is quite the disgusting sight....I wonder is this how I look when I'm being worked on! I hear a particularly shrill scream which causes me to look to the other side of the room, only to see some of the cyberwomen working on a woman in mid transformation as they take a circular saw and cut away her organic parts. I turn away from that horrific sight and see the head of a woman floating in a tank that's connected to a bunch of wires and tubes with a small screen on the outside of the apparatus of which her head is floating displaying her vitals. Boy...I'm waaaaay in over my head here! I keep moving through this area until I find something that stops me dead in my tracks and cup my mouth in disbelief....it's Gemma Killdare and she's hanging here in front of me well into the process of becoming one of these cyborg women. Oh shit.
