A little over 2 years ago, I created a series of renders featuring a random well-built gal at various progressions as she underwent the transformation into a cyborg.

I wrote a short story about this gal...who I would eventually be referred to as "Tank" in said story. I really took a shine to Tank and continued to progress her story along...that is until I did the very thing that has continued to shut me down as a creator for about the last 10 years or so. Instead of letting Tank be a brand new character, I eventually made Tank's story the prequel for one of my major villain OCs...Sataria the Cyborg Queen. And while I thought it was a great idea at the time, the whole thing lost all momentum.

Sooooo...I look back at the old renders of Tank BEFORE I decided that she and Sataria were the same, and really miss what I had going on there. I was enjoying making the renders and writing the short stories of Tank's progression and they were well received on top of that. The one thing that I would've changed is that her armor was a little drab; I even referenced it in one of the stories saying that her look needed an upgrade. I do enjoy her old armor, but for someone who's moniker is Tank, perhaps she could've actually looked more like a tank.

Enter the gun-metal Metallic Skin Texture and boom...we have a literal walking tank woman! Ultra strong and durable, yet lightweight and flexible she is the perfect hybrid bio-weapon. And what's a tank without massive firepower?!!? The attachable arm cannon is the cherry on top of this beautiful killing machine!!! So...consider this the redux of Tank; and just Tank...not what would become Sataria. In fact, I don't even know if I want to keep her in the same "universe" as my other OC's...just to avoid the temptation to try and force her into their world.

I'm not sold on using the model that I used here however; I used a Gen 3 model for the first incarnation, and I kinda miss that model's cocoa skin tone. Plus, I had to doctor her organic skin b/c it was rendering too red for some reason. But if nothing else, this series is to reintroduce her...I'll probably go back in the near future and use a different model. And I may go back to her old partially shaved head as well.
