Carl, off on his new adventure.Just a quick (20 minute) doodle-sketch I did in Flash to get this idea out of my head and on to "paper."

20 minutes? Dang. I love it! Might I ask you do some more Up concepts? I just absolutely gawk over this movie, and you've got some serious talent. No biggie if you don't wanna though, it's cool. Just wondering, you've got a knack for drawing Carl.

Stupid question, stupid answer: No.
Even though I haven't seen Up (I'm french, I'll have to wait two more months...), I'm already in love with that movie, and that amazingly excellent picture could perfectly be 'canon' to it! (Or IS canon, once again, I didn't see the movie.)
