This is for ~mistieredpanda 's contest the royal rumble
Scofflax evolves from snorlax whist holding the kings rock with full happiness. I decided that i would take a different view on royalty and looked at what pokemon living on the grapfruit islands might consider as royal.
I came up with scofflax. When it evolves the kings rock becomes the crown on its head, and a jewel appears on its head. This acts as a powerfull attack. Attacks like hyper beam andsolar beam can be shot from this jewel.
The necklace is made from grapefruits and is a source of food for scofflax. It also picks them off and hurls them at enemies if it feels threatened and when it runs out it is said to have a tantrum, causing a earthquake (also it is a royal accesory).
Scofflax
Scofflax is double the size and height of snorlax, its pre-evolved form. However its weight is much more than double. It eats only grapefruit and also small trees and it is a bit of a giant in the pokemon world.
There are only 7 known scofflax in the world. One ruling each grapefruit island. It can smell food that is located at the other end of the islan to where it is sleeping, with its new nose, and can also use this to smell any pokemon in the area.
